The country house consists of an apartment located on the ground floor of the house, and has independent entrance. On the upper floor the family of Philippe Martinon lives.

The apartment has a terrace and green area, and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, refrigerator, oven and microwave, as well as dishwasher and vitro-ceramic hobs. It is decorated in a modern and functional style since the house was built in 2012.
